my lab/mix like to chase small dogs/children, help! i want to take her to dog beach.?
okay so, i have a golden female lab/mix who is 1 year and a few weeks old, around 60lb's (havn't weighed her lately), when she see's a smaller dog like a beagle or chihuahua for instance, she gets an urge to chase it until it literally pee's itself and hides, sometimes she will step or trip over the smaller dogs and im worried she might kill one. she also chases small children,

What is the youngest age that I should start using an electronic training collar on my dog?
She is a Brittany, and will be used to hunt upland game. I will be using a collar, because she will be hunting off lead at 20 yards or so outside range.

Your Questions About Small House Dogs Do Not Shed

What is the best lap dog to have?
I have always had poodles and they are surely little yappers and rather hyper.
I want a small house dog that does not shed too much as my three year old shows allergies to dogs that have long hair.
I want a sweet mild tempered lap dog.
Any suggestions? Thanks!!!!!!!!

My poodle does not yap. His mother was bad for that and I didn't want him to be annoying. I treated him like he was my other dog, 130

I have a pure German Shepherd, male, 9 yrs, neutered. Three days ago, I let him out in the morning like always, fed him and he was fine. I let him back out before I left for the day and when I went to let him in, he was lying on the corner of the deck and was having trouble getting up. I went out and helped him thinking he was having trouble because it was icy. When I got him up, he was walking very slow and breathing VERY

I got him at 6 months from a shelter, he was there with his dad
see picture (they are the same, hence pure breeds)

The shelter believes them to be Catalan Sheepdogs, but this is a VERY rare breed in Australia, so I find it so hard to imagine how they ended up in a shelter.

What is the best dog food for my 2 corgi puppys?
Ok i'm confused our vet told us that the scientific puppy food is the best kind to get for our puppys. But all the puppy books and corgi books I have read said its the worst thing to give them. So now i'm confused. What do you recoomend for dog food for 2 puppy corgis. They are 4 months old.

Ideal dog breeds to keep with cats and rabbits?
I have two cats and two rabbits and want to get a dog. It's not so much the cats I am worried about, but the rabbits. Does anyone have any suggestions or dog breeds that would be okay/be able to be trained?

Oh and also no one is home during the weekdays from about 9-4. Any advice on this?
