Where do I find a "cotralian" breeder?
Hi, we're looking for a dog to add to our family and we were thinking of the "cotralian" (a cocker spaniel/mini aussie mix). I was wondering if anyone had this kind of dog, and if so, what they are like (temperament, grooming, shedding, activity, etc.) Also, I'm having a hard time finding any information as to where one might purchase a cotralian. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I have a 3 year old cotralian male. Love him! He is high maintenance from my perspective after having only German Shorthairs for years. This is my first long haired dog. Toby is Smart and playful and appears eager to please. He does have a stubborn side. He is hilarious in snow. Looks like an otter. He does bark at the neighbors dogs, but that is more a Toby issue than a breed issue. Toby was poorly socialized as a puppy and spent his first two years in a small kennel. We are working on it and he is improving.
