Lisa asks…Cocker Spaniel has a bad ear infection, how can I help soothe the pain??My cocker spaniel has a bad ear infection... I need to find some way to treat it from home until can get him to the vet tomorrow. He is in a lot of pain, and his ear is VERY RED, and has an odor. I tried to use the cleaner the vet gave me to help clean it out... but it seems to have made it worse. He wont stop scratching, and he yelps when he scratches it.
